Getting the game going

Hey guys,

This is looking pretty cool, I have been keen on someone making this for so long! I played fumbbl for such a long time and thought if someone could do it for Blood Bowl, then it was only a matter of time before someone did it for Necromunda. From the youtube videos and what I can see here it is looking pretty good!

I am well aware it is finished yet, but was keen on having a play around with it as it currently stands, however I cannot seem to get it running. I have done the following;

- Installed jMonkeyEngine 3 beta
- ran this program
- downloaded the zip file from the github
- extracted all files
- there does not appear to be a jar file to run as instructed?

Not sure where I am going wrong, but I am unsure how to have a look at the game? Very keen to have a crack if you could give me a hand firing it up that would be greatly appreciated!

You actually have to download the ZIP file from Rapidshare. This is the current version of it:

For some weird reason my Rapidshare account has vanished. Something like that happened never before to me. So I deleted the link on the YouTube channel as it was not working anyway.

I try to get the link up again by tomorrow.

I'm sorry, Rapidshare introduced permissions on the hosted files and these are very restricted by default. I did not notice that in the first place.

The permissions should now be set so that anyone can download the file.

At a glance it looks very promising. The UI needs work (if you cant make a hud could you have a list overlayed of the command keys?). Look forward to seeing more terrain and gangs implemented and I just hope it stays out of grandma wendy's sight

Hi! Very interested in looking at your project, but the zip file seems corrupt? I've downloaded it twice, and tried opening it in 32 and 64 bit versions of Winrar and also 7zip, they all say corrupt file - can someone check or possibly link to a working file?

Sorry I went through your comment in the YouTube channel and see that it requires you to copy/paste the link and not hotlink. I think that has fixed it.
